Hey Reader, Here we are! 🌸 Dare I say spring is actually, *finally*, truly upon us? Despite that little winter/summer detour just took here in St. Louis. Something I find myself saying a lot when I'm guiding Forest Bathing sessions at the Botanical Gardens is this: today is an opportunity to experience things differently. Most people come to the garden with a plan. Places they always visit, things they want to see. And I invite them to set that aside and just... listen to what their body is asking for instead. I want to offer you something similar this week. As we've been shifting out of winter, nature has been changing up her routines. Trees that have been resting are redirecting energy to buds and leaves. Critters that were less active are changing their patterns. The sunlight is returning in new ways, and everything around us is leaning into that. We are part of nature, and it makes sense that we might be orienting toward spring with a readiness to change up our routines too. That's what this week's invitation is all about. 🌿 This Week's Invitation: One Small Shift Take a moment to reflect on your current rhythms and routines. Does something feel like it wants to shift with spring, even just a little? It doesn’t have to be big. It can be really, really small. Let yourself be curious about what feels possible and supportive right now, not in an ideal version of your life, but in the one you’re actually living. Maybe it’s something about the way your morning starts. Maybe it’s something about the pace, the way you nourish yourself, the light, or how you move through a familiar part of your day. Spring doesn't ask us to transform overnight. It just asks us to start moving again. What small shift feels important to you in this season? Hit reply and tell me. I'd so love to know. 💚 ANNOUNCEMENT 🌱Go Play Outside - A Spring Digital Detox for WomenIn my last newsletter I mentioned that Held By Nature, my women's wellness circle, would be opening soon. I've been sitting with that, and something kept nudging me in a different direction. The need I keep seeing, in the women I work with and honestly in myself, isn't for more. More content, more sessions, more to keep up with. It's for less. Simpler. Realer. So I'm following that nudge. What I'm building is called Go Play Outside 🤸♀️ A Spring Digital Detox for Women and it's exactly what it sounds like. A small group of women, meeting in real green spaces around St. Louis over five weeks. 🙅♀️ No Zoom. No apps. No portal to log into. Just nature, community, and a genuine commitment to lowering the noise. Devices down. Outside. A little more resting. A lot more yourself. I'm opening a small window of early bird enrollment right now, before I've even sent all the details. If you're already feeling the pull, you can grab your spot at the early bird price and save $50 when you enroll before April 1st.
Not ready to commit but want to stay close? Just hit reply and say yes or maybe. And YES - there's a bring a friend discount on top of that too - just hit reply and share your friend's email and I'll send you both the code!
