But when the heat turns up, our bodies know what to do: slow down, seek shade, and soften. So this week’s nature connection invitation is a little different. You don’t need to go anywhere. You don’t even need to open the door. 🪴 Just find something green, and let yourself land. 🍃Nature Connection Invitation: Green in the Room When it’s too hot to step outside, let nature meet you where you are. Choose one living or natural thing nearby - a houseplant, an herb on the windowsill, a bowl of fruit, a wooden table, even a favorite stone. Take one minute to simply observe. What shifts in your body when you pause long enough to really see something? Is there a small sense of calm, curiosity, or grounding? Let that be enough. Even indoors, even still—you are connected. 👇 Here’s a little creative thing I made in Canva to capture my June vibes… I’m calling it My Summer Glow Notes. It’s a fun blend of what’s been grounding me, nourishing me, and lighting me up lately (and a little way to share more about me with you). Feel free to make a copy and play!👩🎨 I really loved the practice of naming these small but meaningful anchors. 💚 Thanks for making space to pause with me today Reader.Even in the middle of the summer chaos, with travel, heat, and full calendars, it’s still possible to feel good in your body and steady in your energy. If you’ve been feeling a little off, a little worn out, or just craving something to help you reset and feel more like you, something new is coming your way. It’s a fresh way to move through the season with more energy, more clarity, and more calm. Keep an eye on your inbox. Details are coming soon.
