Hi! I'm Jess

🍂 Your Autumn Forest Bathing Events Are Live!

Hi Reader!

I know it’s a bit earlier in the week than usual for me to land in your inbox, but I couldn’t wait to share…

🍂 Autumn is definitely making an entrance.

If you’re here in the Midwest, you’ve probably felt it too!

The cooler mornings, that golden light slanting just so, a little whisper in the trees.

I’ve been walking around like a woman possessed… by fall fever. (Send help or cider! But hold the pumpkin spice for now 😅.)

So before the season sweeps in fully:

Your Autumn Forest Bathing Events are officially live on the site!

Spots are already being scooped up at both Missouri Botanical Garden and The Nature Institute, and there are some really special themes this season! Including a luminous full moon series and a deeply restorative Equinox session in the wild woods of TNI!

👇Don't wait to sign up for these fall sessions!

🍁 An Autumn Equinox at The Nature Institute – This one’s out in the wild woods, and I have a feeling it’s going to be something truly special. If it’s calling to you, I’d recommend grabbing your spot while you can. We'll be slowing down, turning inward, setting intentions, and finding balance in the in between of summer and fall!

Full Moon, after-hours evening Forest Bathing at MOBOT – If you’ve ever wanted to wander the gardens at sunset, this is your chance. These sessions tend to go fast, so consider this your heads up. That quiet golden hour magic? Absolutely SLAY (as my almost-13-year-old would say🤭). But for real, the Garden is absolute ✨MAGIC✨ after hours! There are TWO sessions this fall to bask in that harvest moon vibe - don't wait to book!

I’ll be back in your inbox later this week with a special September "Autumn Awakenings" nature connection printable, plus more updates about what’s unfolding this fall.

(Hint: if you’re craving community and looking to calm your nervous system with nature, you’re going to want to keep an eye out 👀.

And yes! I’ll also be opening my calendar for a few one-off Rhythm Reset Sessions if you’re ready for a September health reboot - more on that below!)

Until then, you can browse all fall events and grab your spot here:

🍂 See you in the woods,
Jess

P.S. A few things coming up that I’d love to invite you into:

🌾 September Small Group Reset (waitlist now open)
This gentle, nourishing reset is for those who want to downshift out of summer and enter fall with more focus, energy, and intention. Together in a small, supportive group, we’ll explore recalibrating the nervous system, metabolic healing & nourishment, and bodyful movement as a way to awaken energy, clarity, and focus - not as a chore, but as a way back to yourself. If you’re ready to clear the brain fog and feel more alive, connected, and like yourself again heading into fall, join the waitlist here. This will be a very small group and I expect it to fill quickly.

🌀 Rhythm Reset Sessions (a few single session spots opening soon)
If you're feeling unfocused, stuck, or weighed down, I’m opening a handful of Rhythm Reset Sessions in early September. These are gentle, personalized 1:1 sessions to help you regroup, re-align, and reboot your motivation to start taking action with your health goals. No ongoing commitment. Just a chance to drop in and get support and spark forward momentum. Spots will be limited for the month, and once they’re booked, I won’t be opening more until later in September. 👉 Want to be the first to know when booking opens? Click here and I’ll send you the link when it’s live.

💫 P.P.S. I’ve also been having a lot of fun lately experimenting with design and visual tools - leaning into my creativity and making more playful, useful printables and graphics for Urban Forest Therapy. You might notice things looking a little different around here! I’m embracing the messy evolution and would truly love your feedback if something catches your eye or feels supportive. 💚
